Sainkho Namtchylak (Tuvan: Сайын-Хөө Намчылак, romanized: Sayın-Xöö Namçılak; Russian: Сайнхо Намчылак; born 11 March 1957) is a Russian singer-songwriter from Tuva, an autonomous republic in the Russian Federation just north of Mongolia. She has been resident in Vienna, Austria since 1991. She is known for her Tuvan throat singing (khöömei).
