Valence refers to a number of artists: 1. Valence was born in Germany, raised in a german-portuguese household. His introduction to music came in the form of classical piano lessons and jazz music. At age 14, he started composing songs on his laptop, uploading songs to his Youtube for fun. In 2017, 'Infinite' was signed to NCS, propelling the song to over 20 million plays. In the same year, he remixed Halsey's 'Gasoline,' which similarly gained traction in the internet EDM scene.
